How do I know the donation actually happens?
We publish it openly. Every quarter, the exact amount donated and the recipient organisation are announced publicly across our website and social channels — no exceptions. Every order confirmation also carries a line noting your purchase contributed to wildlife conservation.
Why wildlife conservation?
People give to people — that's human nature. But animals don't have a voice in the room; they simply disappear while the world looks elsewhere. THYLACIN is named after one of those disappearances, so we choose to put animals first. Every purchase carries a small piece of that intention forward.
How does the give-back programme work?
Between 2–3% of our quarterly sales goes directly to wildlife conservation. There's no opt-in needed — every sale automatically contributes to the quarterly donation pool.
Can I personalise my pair?
Yes. THYLACIN offers customisation services so your pair is truly yours. Every customer is different, and personalisation lets you make your shoes one of a kind.
How does the repair process work?
First, contact us via WhatsApp or email with photos of the damage so we can confirm eligibility. Next, ship your shoes to our repair centre along with your order details — we'll confirm receipt and keep you updated. Finally, your pair is repaired, cleaned, and returned in signature THYLACIN packaging.
How long does a repair take?
Within Delhi–NCR, repairs typically take 3–4 working days. For locations outside Delhi–NCR, timing depends on your location.
Is repair free?
Complimentary repair is available one time per customer, exclusively for our first 100 customers. After that, repairs continue at a standard service fee. Lace replacement is not included in the free repair — replacement laces are available separately.
What kinds of repairs do you offer?
Sole reattachment and replacement, suede cleaning and deep restoration, badge repair or replacement, inner lining repair, and structural reshaping and conditioning.
Do you repair damaged shoes?
Yes. At THYLACIN, the relationship doesn't end at checkout. If your pair ever shows wear, damage, or needs restoration, our repair service brings it back looking and feeling like new. Send them in, and we handle the rest.
Do I need to buy a Care Kit separately?
The care kit is available separately so you can protect any premium suede you own, not just your THYLACINs. A single pair is an investment, and at ₹300 the kit is the cheapest decision you'll make to protect it.
How much does the Care Kit cost?
A Single Kit is ₹300 and includes everything needed to maintain one pair. The Combo Kit is ₹700 and includes two full kits — ideal if you own multiple pairs or want a backup at home and on the go.
What are THYLACIN shoes made of?
Every pair is crafted from premium genuine suede leather for a luxury finish, soft texture, and long-lasting durability. Inside, you'll find a high-quality EVA insole for orthopedic comfort and shock absorption, a pure rubber outsole for grip and insulation, and a breathable mesh lining for all-day airflow.
Are THYLACIN shoes unisex?
Yes. THYLACIN is designed for anyone who carries themselves with quiet authority. Our clean, tonal colourways have no gendered cut and are available across all sizes, including women's sizing.
What makes THYLACIN different from other sneaker brands?

Are the releases limited edition?
Yes. Each drop is intentional, not mass-produced — so you're wearing something not everyone can get.
How should I care for my suede sneakers?
Never machine wash them. Always air dry away from direct heat or sunlight, and store them in the box or a breathable dust bag to keep their shape. Regular cleaning is key — prevention is always easier than restoration. Our suede care kit makes it simple.
What comes in the THYLACIN Care Kit?
Each kit includes a suede eraser (removes scuffs and light stains), a suede crepe brush (restores texture and prevents matting), a suede renovator (conditions, revives colour, and waterproofs), and a cleaning towel for gentle surface cleaning and buffing.
