Return Period

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Products must be:
• Unused
• In original packaging
• With tags and accessories (including care kit)

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:
• Shoes have been worn or used
• Products are damaged due to misuse
• Original packaging is missing

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchange

Size exchanges are allowed one time only, subject to product availability.
